Accepted payment methods
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout for your order, processed by Shopify Payments and its partners. A method is only available if it is offered at checkout for your country.
Currency and total
Prices are set in US dollars (USD). Customers in the United Arab Emirates may see prices in their local currency at the current exchange rate. Shipping is free, and the checkout shows the total and any taxes we collect before you pay. Your bank may charge its own conversion fees.
A discreet statement
Your card statement shows a neutral company descriptor, not a product name.
Authorisation and processing
Your payment is authorised or collected when you place your order. Some banks place a temporary hold first. We ship only after the payment is approved. If we cannot accept an order, we refund any amount collected and release any hold.
Payment security
We never see or store your full card number. Never send card details by email. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment with extra authentication.
Declined payments
If your payment is declined, check your billing details, contact your bank or try another method shown at checkout. If you see a charge but did not receive an order confirmation, email support@ashbyboxer.com before ordering again.
Instalments
If a pay-later option is offered at checkout, it is provided by a third party under its own terms. Review fees and the payment schedule before choosing it.
Refunds and questions
Refunds go to your original payment method under our Refund Policy and 60-day money-back guarantee. For help with an unexpected charge, email support@ashbyboxer.com. This does not limit your right to dispute a charge with your bank.
