Using the store

You must be of legal age to enter a contract. Please give accurate contact, payment and delivery information and use the store lawfully.

Our product

We sell washable boxer briefs with a built-in absorbent layer, made for light bladder leaks. Ashby Boxer is everyday underwear. It is not a medical device, it does not treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it is not designed for heavy or full leaks. Product images are illustrative; this does not affect your right to receive a product that matches its description.

Care and use

  • Wash before first wear and follow the care label.
  • Change and wash after each wear.
  • Do not use fabric softener or bleach, which can reduce absorbency.
  • If your symptoms change, or you are unsure what protection you need, talk to your doctor.

Nothing in this section limits our responsibility for a product that is defective.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The automated order confirmation acknowledges your order; we accept it when we ship it, unless your local law says otherwise. We may decline or cancel an order because of a stock issue, payment failure, delivery restriction or reasonable suspicion of fraud. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are set in US dollars (USD) and may be shown in your local currency. The checkout shows the total price, shipping and any taxes we collect before you pay. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and its partners. Your bank may charge its own currency conversion fees.

Delivery and refunds

See our Shipping Policy and our Refund Policy for the 60-day money-back guarantee, which runs from delivery. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery, unless your local law provides otherwise.

Your statutory rights and our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot legally be excluded. Where the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

The content of this store, including text, images and the Ashby Boxer name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it to browse and shop for personal purposes only.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection law of the country where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue. You may also bring a claim before a competent court or dispute-resolution body available to you.
